Eildon Houseboat Bellagio has just hit the market for the 3rd time since being built in 2008. A change in family lifestyle see’s the vendor reluctantly parting ways with Bellagio in a prime time to be on the lake.  And yes, he’s aware that he’ll regret it!

Built in 2008, Bellagio comes with all the modern creature comforts you’d expect on a boat of this caliber. Importantly, she offers 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 spacious bathroom.

Downstairs is definitely suited to any weather and use all year round which is closed off to the top level by an electric hatch over the stairs. It has a full ducted Air Conditioner to escape the heat if you desire a good night’s sleep! On the flip side, the Rinnai heater will keep the place warm in winter.

LEVEL 1

Upstairs is the entertainers area. Bellagio ensures year-round comfort with full glass sides, front and rear blinds, and removable clears that you can open as needed. Upstairs has a full kitchenette, BBQ, fridge, built in seating and cushions to provide an awesome setup for cruising the lake! It also has the dual helm so the skipper doesn’t miss out. It’s one of the better cruising set ups I’ve come across on the lake.

A 5.0L V8 MerCruiser paired with a Bravo 2 leg powers Bellagio, a winning combo! Add a front bow thruster and you have all the the piece of mind to head out!

There’s approximately 1200Ah of batteries on board fed throughout the boat via a Selectronic inverter. With 8 Solar panels up top you will have plenty of charge during the sunny days, backing this up is an 8Kva Onan generator.
