SHALIMAR

Originally built in 1995, Shalimar was built to the maximum permitted length at the time of 60ft. In 2010 it had a complete ground up rebuild and a 900mm rear deck extension to take it to the new maximum length of 63ft (plus 2ft of folded up duckboard) to total 65ft.

Shalimar has 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a front lounge retreat opposite the helm, the main rear lounge and a 3rd lounge on the mid deck.

Shalimar has a highly sought after open layout with the side kitchen and vision from front to back. She is equipped with top quality fittings and appliances throughout, 2 x Liebherr fridges in the kitchen built into cabinetry, 1 more fridge upstairs, meile appliances, 2 x Dishwashers, Washing machine and Dryer combo, 2 x split system air conditioners, a gas log fireplace, new TV, new Foxtel, Satellite tracker, Double electric blinds throughout.
